I really like Mordekaiser, because he's very adaptable> This time i build him as a full tank. Mordekaiser is also fit as a mage or fighter :) Enjoy the build and Please comment and try it out first before you go complaining
The 9/21/0 masteries provide cooldown reduction and most of all: HUGE defencive power.
While playing a tank you should always have 21 or more in defence.
I chose the runes also for great defence and a little health. I think these are the best tank runes, but if you think different: Please comment!

Mace of Spades - On next hit, Mordekaiser swings his mace with such force that it echoes out, striking up to 3 additional nearby targets, dealing damage plus bonus damage. If the target is alone, the attack deals extra damage.

Siphon of Destruction - Mordekaiser deals damage to enemies in a cone in front of him. For each unit hit, Mordekaiser's shield absorbs energy.

Children of the Grave - Mordekaiser curses an enemy, stealing a percent of their life initially and each second. If the target dies while the spell is active, their soul is enslaved and will follow Mordekaiser for 30 seconds.
Steals 24/29/34 (+0.04)% of target champion's maximum Health (half stolen initially and half over 10 seconds; deals Magic Damage).
If the target dies while cursed, their soul is enslaved and will follow Mordekaiser for 30 seconds. Mordekaiser gains 20% of their ability power and attack damage, and the pet's stats are enhanced.
Pets can be controlled by holding the alt key and using the right mouse button.
Iron Man - A percent of the damage dealt from abilities is converted into a temporary shield, absorbing incoming damage. This shield decades with 5% per second.
Siphon of Destruction is your main damaging and farming skill, because it can damage several targets at the same time.
Creeping death is your tank skill, it gives you armor and magic resist +
it deals damage to every enemy unit who steps in your range.
Mace of Spades deals damage to 1 target and targets next to him(up to 3). This skill is less important, it just deals damage...
Children of the Grave, your ultimate, is really awesome: it deals significant damage to tanks and it heals you + it enslaves anyone unlucky enough to die when it is cast on them. NOTE: It deals a percentage of the opponent health as damage, so use it on the one with the most health!
Iron Man, your passive, gives you a shield which gains life equal to a portion of your health. NOTE: Mordekaiser should always fight near minions to keep his shield up. They are like food...
Mercury treads give movement speed, magic resist and reduces the duration of crowd control effects with 35%.
Force of nature is just a SUPERIOR tank item: it gives 40 health per 5 seconds, 76 magic resist and it gives a 15% movementspeed bonus.
Warmog's armor Gives a **** load of health and regen, plus a bonus per kill.
Rylai's crystal scepter+500 Health +80 Ability Power UNIQUE Passive: Dealing spell damage slows the target's Movement Speed by 35% for 1.5 seconds (15% for multi-target and damage-over-time spells).
Rod of ages gives 80 ability power and health. Plus it gives a bonus every minute(stacks till 10 minute)
Randuins Omen gives health, health regen and armor.
