Introduction
Greater Mark of Desolation: I choose for this runes because you need penteration. Futher your Q and auto-attacks will deal much more damage.
Greater Seal of Resilience: I choose for armor because he is tanky. And it is always nice to have some resistance.
Greater Glyph of Warding: I choose for magic resist because he is tanky like i said. Futher it is just nice versus AP casters.
Greater Quintessence of Fortitude: Health?, you are Mordekaiser you need it, and you use health to cast spells so it are three extra spells so it is just nice.

These Summoner Spells flash and exhaust are just for chasing targets.
Other nice Spells are:
- Heal, it is nice for lane and survivability but that's it.
- Ghost, easier to combine with frozen mallet, but when you are exhausted it's over.
- Cleanse, It is a nice tool to chase and escape but only when you combine with ghost.
- Ignite, It is nice in combination with your R, and nice for not-tower-diving.
- Teleport, It's handy to get quick in teamfights and your lane.
- Surge, Attack speed and extra ability power.
Other nice Spells are:
