Hum... serious question, I'm new on Mobafire (about making guides) and I don't know how I can do that! :S Can you help me? (Where and how to do so)

Every build has changes to do due do "different situations" like you say.
About Liandry's Torment, I very frequently encounter around two tanky champions. Of course, change it if it's not the case.

For Void Staff, it's very nice to have it if you plan to build a lot of Magic Penetration; and you shouldn't think that it increases your 1200 damage burst to 1350 damage on a carry that lacks of MR (for example), you're far away from the real point.
> Go see my other build which explains Magic Pen (link under "Core build items explanation:" in front of " Void Staff" > Leblanc). With Sorcerer's Shoes, Haunting Guise and Void Staff, a tanky champion with 200 MR would change your normal 33% DM (Damage Multiplier) to 57% (+14%), and would change for a Carry with 42 MR your normal 71% DM to 113% (+42%). By the way, this means 568 damage increased to 904 (if 100% means 800 damage). I took advantage of the new season's patch as I knew it wouldn't be that weak anymore. Proof (let's say): Rabadon's Deathcap was giving 140 flat AP, now gives 120, and Void Staff was giving 40% (if not 45%) Magic Penetration, now 35%.

As you can see, this build doesn't really prioritizes "tanky stats", and so doesn't avoid feeding. Morgana can do a lot of damage, and my vision of things is that your best defense is your attack (if you make kills, there's nobody to hurt you anymore, or their lack of HP should make them flee). If you only keep on protecting, shielding and running away, there's no kill, you can still take damage and so, there's no carry. I'm not saying that it IS the way you need to play, but a possibility. On the other hand, with a good team, you shouldn't even care about dying as it shouldn't even happen: your Zhonya will make them do something else as they can't wait for it to fade out and your fastly forgot. And as I explained, if you are focused to death, you made your job and don't forget that their spells are in cooldown: your AD Carry has now free play here! (For a couple of seconds...)

Finally, I don't take Clarity as I scarcely miss mana and even sometimes let the jungler have the blue (I normally don't because of the Cooldown Reduction AND Mana Regen that enables me to kill the wraiths in my jungle if the jungler is away or to steal theirs). It's better for him (the jungler) to spam his spells in his jungle and do better ganks than me failing useless Dark Binding. And it doesn't really help me farm as I'm fine myself. But if you're a Mana vore as you always keep casting spells, Athene's Unholy Grail would be your best solution: Morgana has basicaly a lot of Max Mana, the Mana Font Passive is very good and kills / assists gives you a lot of mana.

My point was only to give few advices, sorry if my lack of skills in design is so eye-bleeding: I'll just put it black and white next time then... though I made a minimum here! -.-

Thank you devdevil for proposing help.

And by the way, it's a friend of mine that pushed me to make guides like that because he said I had some good ideas (again for SOME situations) and everything (and he asked me to put at least a bit of colors / BB codes, thank him for the least I made). Like I said, my goal is to give a good build to wanderers, not skin for a text read only once.

^ Either that, or

Separate the chapters by using pictures or line dividers, and use anchors and gotos.
If you want to know more, PM me.

Now onto the guide content.
I prefer not getting Liandry's Torment unless there's a tanky Champion I just can't get rid of or late game, because it does damage based on their health, not your ability power.

Again, Void Staff is very situational due to it only giving you magic penetration, only good for getting rid of magic resist.

I would also usually get Clarity if I want to go a sort of glass cannon style of building, because it lets me use more of my spells and dish out more damage :D
