Well the current guide was supposed to be focusing on Morgana's Supportive side, and for me I think it would greatly contribute to my team if my Dark Binding lasts longer rather than Tormented Shadow having an increased Magic Armor debuff since enemy teams don't usually have or build Magic Armor Items.


P.S. The original guide has a skill sequence which maximize both Dark Binding and Tormented Shadow first. I'll try to bring it up again sometime

I don't like the skill sequence either. I put 1 point into dark binding first, then work on tormented soil as your main. I don't think it is smart to max out dark binding first. You can only attack one person with it and they have to be in front of minion or you will miss them. Tormented Soil can hit multiple targets.

I take the Black Shield on level 13 because I don't usually need it, and I think that falls for those who are very familiar and is experienced with Morgana though I occasionally take it if and only if I experience problems from CC my enemy casts. Also without a Black Shield, you'll play more carefully which helps on keeping the stacks on your Mejai's Soulstealer. And last thing, as it was said in my guide, a low AP in early game means a very brittle Black Shield.

Imho, terrible skill sequence... You're speaking like every Dark Binding is going to land.

No Black Shield is just stupid and your reasoning for it makes no sense =( You take it not to block damage, but to negate CC.

Picking up Black Shield at level 13 is a bad idea. I recommend taking it before 6 at least once. Without it, you are extremely susceptible to CC. Overall good guide, consider putting alternatives to your runes to fit all the play-styles (aggressive, passive, defensive).
