I realize that it's not a lot of ap, but still better than nothing xP
and more mana is still pretty good right? =P
but yeah i buy frozen hearts for the dps reduction, CDR, and armor. the mana and extra little ap are like tiny bonuses for me :3

@RoastKilla778 hey no problem bro, I just told you my opinion, glad you didn't take anything personal ^^' For the frozen heart, if the enemy has a lot of heavy DPS champions, or just 1 or 2 that are fed like hell, getting Frozen Heart is a good choice. I must admit thought, that I didn't tought about the CDR on it XD
As for the AP it gives, combined with Archangel Staff, it's not that much, honestly. Here are the math :)

3% x 500 mana = 15 AP, so it is not much. If you pick this item, take it for the armor and the great passive :)

You don't need Will Of The Ancient, sicne you have your passive, and you don't need Frozen Heart either, since you got armor from Zhonya's Hourglass, and mana from Archangel Staff.

First, thanks for the positive feedback. it really helps out a lot with my personal league experience to experiment with new builds :)
Anyways, I always get a Will of the Ancients since it gives 80 ap (considering its price, that's a lot of ap) as well as having more spell vamp. More spell vamp is never a bad thing, right? :D
And I see your point for the frozen heart, but since I get archangel's staff, it's like practically getting 50 more ap with a frozen heart. But whenever I play games, my opponents are always dps heavy(as well as getting fed. Which explains the more recent morgana game) so a frozen heart gives armor for their ad, mana for the archangel's staff passive (somewhere around 50-60 extra ap) CDR since morgana's cooldowns are crazy long, as well as reducing the dps of the enemies that get a little too close.
I do see your point about how a crystal scepter and rod of ages would help out more often in general so i'll make a few changes to my build.
thanks for taking the time to comment :)

Good build in general, I just have ONE down point. you got NO SURVIVABILITY! Plus, archangel staff doesnt give enough AP to maek it worth it early game. Here is my suggestion : Get tear first ( like you did), then get boots, Rod Of Ages, Rylais Crystal Scepter, Rabadon, Zhonya's Houglass, THEN you get archangel staff. You don't need Will Of The Ancient, sicne you have your passive, and you don't need Frozen Heart either, since you got armor from Zhonya's Hourglass, and mana from Archangel Staff. Morgana is the AP user with the most base HP. That mean that, with Rod Of Ages and Rylais Crystal Scepter, you will hit around 3 500 HP. Put in adition the 100 armor from Zhonya's Hourglass, the enemy carry WILL think TWICE before focusing you. Squishy = Easy kill = focus, and you dont want to be focused. When you are building a glass canon champion (lots of damage, no survivability), try to remember this : Dead, you do NO damage :)

P.S. Seriously bro, Rod Of Ages is A MUST on her, this combined with Rylais, rabadon and archangel and zhonya's, you will have around 400 AP (like your build), but with 1 500 more HP. I really hope you see my point :p

Still, +1 for me, because you explained everything you did, clearly. Great job :D

EDIT: It's just my personal opinion, and I would like to hear your opinion about this :)
