Complete re-do of build do to accidental deletion of past one!!!! lol

Morgana is my favorite character in LoL. She is great at both offense and defense. She has snared with is a great help to start team fights and also a great skill to help you escape a tough situation. Overall Morgana is a great addition to any team.

The basic way of playing Morgana is to snare a squishy character, lay Tormented Soil on them and let your team mates unload a **** load of damage on the poor SOB. Use Black Shield to prevent a team mate from being affected by a snare,stun,slow, or any other nasty thing that the enemy throws at him. A good use of Black Shield on the right team mate could decide the outcome of the fight.

First thing you are gonna buy is your Doran's ring (standard for any caster). At this point your choice of skill depends if your mid or not. If i am going to lane with someone then i definitely go for Dark Binding first in order to harass and possibly get a kill with the help of your teammate. If i am mid then getting Tormented Soil will help you farm by yourself. Try to stay in lane until you have enough gold to get Meki Pendandt and Basic Boots if possible. Next item should be Tear of Goddess in order to keep up with your mana unless you got fed and have enough for Blasting Wand.

At this point your focus is to finish your Archangel's Staff and your Sorcerer's Shoes. Next item if for you to start working on you Cooldown Reduction which is the whole point of this build. Now is the time to make a decision based on the conditions of the game.
