dont understand your build, you get no AP
love zonias and abyssial scepter, and witht them, i still hitt 1000 AP, morgana, as moust of the AP champs can easy hitt 1000 AP, dunt understan way you want me to go for a build that give bit more then 300 (maby the mana staf are not counted, so 400-500, but stil....)

You don't know your runes well, putting 33 runes total. I played as Morgana and as far as I'm concerned, I'm never mana hungry. The shield from your Banshee's Veil is useless, as quoted from Cleanse descript : makes this spell useless. If you know how to use Black Shield, you know not to use Cleanse. You also know how to not rely on Banshee then? Rabadon is a MUST by mid game, and not a luxury item you get after you reach 5k extra gold. The 30% boost is too good NOT to have and as a situational item, your build sucks. As an AP, you go for what, support items and summoner spells? Exhaust is freaking useless, leave it to someone else, no good pure spellcaster goes for exhaust when they can take clarity, flash, ghost and teleport. Teleport is GOOD. You need it to return to your lane every time you start getting pwnt. And your passive's spellvamp? Seriously, with the measly amount in early/mid game, only tormented soil gives you a decent amount of HP regained. Flash is BETTER as a running tool than a chasing tool. What ARE the chances of someone NOT aiming your carry? Just stick close and wait for everyone to jump on your carry to activate your ulti and instant destruction, or even ask your tank to initiate with you. Your style of playing only excels well in easy games whereas any decent team can do wayyyy better.

I think people wre WAYYY TOO HARSH on this build. Yes the runes are incorrect please fix :) should be 30 total. But I think you did a good job writing it. Im giving you +1 for effort.

You could've at least tried it instead of just pressing the rate button. Seriously, who takes time out of their day to put a comment just so they can downvote a build on this website? And I would consider your message as a whole as bullying. You might want to go easy with the ridicule. I put this build up because there aren't too many like it, not so you could start trolling all over it.

i liked, glad to see it's back. i would just recommend an abyssal over the banshee's because she's going to be using spells a good deal to stay focused, and it's very potent on her. that being said, i like the rest, and since people seem not to like off-tank morgana, here's why it works:

she has spell vamp, making her able to absorb some damage.

she has a shield that prevents disables, that can be self-cast to provide almost invunlnerability or can be cast on another to do about the same. almost as good of a spell as Intervention

she has some soft cc in Dark Binding that can root and stop highlanders, making an easy focus for the rest of the team.

and she has to be in the middle to be effective with her ult. this does two things: it requires survivability and it also makes her an ideal choice for sombody that can, since she can slow and then stun the entire team while dealing much more damage than karthus would with say... requium with the added cc.

Thanks for the suggestion! I decided to spice the build up a little. I had abyssal scepter in late-game optionals, and it was supposed to go in mid-game. Added it to the main build, and also moved it to mid-game. Thanks for the vote!
