Hello all Morgana users, This is a guide and a build to being a top rated Morgana. I was talking to my friend, who asked not to be disclosed in this guide but said I could publish this build. HE is around a 2000 elo, and mostly mains Morgana. and that is where I will leave you to ponder.......

The runes are self explanatory. You have your magic pen., your mana regen, your ap per lvl, and your flat ap so you do some more damage early game.

These are standard spell caster masters, 9/0/21. I mean, everyone uses these, even Phreak when he jungles. But that's just Phreak. and Phreak Jungle joke accomplished for build.

The Skill sequence is exactly what it has to be or you will have NEGATIVE RESULTS. Period end of statement. The reason your abilities are like this is to maximize your damage and defense. Your tormented soil has to be at lvl 3 so it can kill minions waves with out a problem and you get more gold out of it. After a while you can time it out so you can beat towers from stealing gold. Also mastering your snare, is SUPER IMPORTANT. It is honestly a matter of life or death. You can save an ally or pin that last bastard and grab that ace or penta Kill ;)Spell Sheild is useful against those pesky, Fiddlesticks or stuns , it's honestly a great skill and can just mean you get away. But it does not stop physical damage or ignite. Quick tip, as soon as your ignited and in danger of being killed, lay tormented soil on a minion wave and flash away, you should walk away with 38 health give or take. Your ult is ****en amazing. Think about Annie's ult but a surefire stun and so much damage. It is also a stealth detector, if a twitch or eve or some other stealth champ get's near you and you can hit them as well. Also remember to chain your abilities can help you heal and kill an enemy.

Flash and Teleport, both self explanitory. I see the advantage to ghost, but your not a heavy burst character. you use an ability and stay back so you have cool down

Morgana is a fun champ and really great to play, It's awesome walking into a team fight locking up a team and destroying them as you watch. and laugh that you just penta killed or aced a team because you had a pro skill shot. Always a great feeling. Just remember to farm this a really expensive build, but farming will allow you to complete it or get really close to done. I have watched videos of my friend obliterate people and ust sat there thinking this is nuts...I hope this guide brings you great success. Please try the build out before you rate it or comment, I use it all the time and I have had great success. But Don't be an ******* and think you can handle a whole team by yourself.
