There are diminishing returns in this game as you know.
For each point of movement you would have above 490, that amount is reduced by 50%. So if your final movement speed was 748, it would be reduced to 490 + (748-490)*0.5 = 604. For each point of movement you would have above 415, it is reduced by 20%. So if your speed after all mods was 445, you would end with 415 + 30 * 0.8 = 439.
With Blood scent active, you would exceed the soft cap, and some of the boost will get reduced. Taking Exhaust is better idea if you realy dont like Flash. It will give you 10 times more survivability than your beloved cloak, and it will have even bigger impact on the other champ than you with haste.
but that is just and idea :)
If you always go for mercury threads, you wont need writs than since you get magic res from them, and bloodrazor is goodlike to writs damage.
Why i hate Sunfire cape? it screwed me over many many times. You are constantly "on fire" and you could accidently pull off creeps to your location coz of it and spoil the gank.
Your ulti is 1.7s stun, so you can get 80 (unresisted) damage while in this stun. Not that much if you consider taking it as a last item.

Ofc, that is not rocket science. You will not survive if whole team focuses on you no matter what (Kalie ulti maybe, or Zilean ulti).
You are not a tank, dont try to make one out of warwick.
He is not the main carry, and i do not even try doing him that way, we have Yi for that or Tristana. He is a gank char, you should kill and vanish, in teamfights your tank should get the spanking, and you are not a tank for sure.
About M-pen. From what i know, Hungering strike is % based. it does:
"Strikes an enemy for the greater value between 275 and 20%
so for a target with more than 1375HP you will strike for 20% of his HP Pool.
The damage is pure (or physical have to check this to be 100% sure), dont be missleaded by increasement via AP).

Probably you are right, but i barely ever try myself in 1v1 situation. Untill i am 100% sure i will kill, i take no risks in that.
About that outrunning i would not agree fully, since when we are both fighting you will for sure be under 50% health anyway, i fight back as you know :). So we both would have the Blood Scent buff, so you would chase me to the infinity and beyond. Or i would escape since i max out Scent before putting 2nd point in Hunters Call as you do on lvl 9. Dunno what goes later since the build is not completed.
About build...
3 points in Lethality just to get the 21 pointer in offense and not having the Utility Mastery even if you state:
"if you keep blue/red buffs up, you'll be fine."?
You have 9.8% crit chance... not that you count on critting dont you? :>

btw WW is suppose to be a good 1v1 not god so trying to be anti squishy is kinda useless, your better off with DMG and life steal
There for the magic pen helps you get more dmg outta your swipe IE more healing when your exhausted
The sunfire cape helps survive, and helps you do another 40 dmg per second AOE...most jungle creeps are in groups of 2+...
Armor pen doesnt have the same effect as magic pen in this game. I used to play ashe like mad and ran an armor pen ww, and it helps, a bit yes, but a cleaver or last whisper will do. you dont need to rune/mastery for it.
Now, why not flash, i used to run flash all the time but after the 2 nerfs it took, its not as nice, yes its still viable and depending on team comp ill get it, but usually its nice to have that burst of speed to
A)GET AWAY
B)U can pop it from a set of creeps and run in from cover to engage, they wont know whats comming
C)IT stacks with your skill...imagine how fast you are then..how many times ppl will flash through a wall or pop ghost themselves to get away from a ww, they cant get away when you have ghost on.
YOU NEED MERCURY TREADS, the reduction in CC effects is so vital...i find myself getn them on almost every character i play now.
and yes you can finish the razor before the wits, but its all viable to change based on the tempo of the game. if you need some more survivablity early becasue they have annie/zilean/fiddle/or w/e heavy magic dmg, it would be nice for when you need to dive...plus its 40 more dmg via the magic drain, so its not bad.
if it leads you to living long enough for 2 more ganks, thats your madreds right there...
LIKE I SAID, HIS Build is awsome if your focus is to kill 1 maybe 2 guys, and chase someone down after a team fight. HOWEVER< against higher rated players, they will RAPE you so fast you wont even get to finish your ULT, and all that dmg you bought will be wasted.
you should see how many ww's ive played using DEWOS build who get rolled by mine cuz i can out live all their dmg, chase them down, then turn on any one of their teammates and eat them too...
Lastly, why the ghost.. its not necessary, you have a skill for that, use something helpful like flash or exhaust.. ghost is the WORST choice to go, or one of them... DEWO anything to add? oh.. finish the razor before the wits end... thats it...
