i don't got the runes and masteries right, but items are available to all levels so i have had some time to perfect them. And guess what I tried other peoples guides and they didn't work, so I decided to make my own. Why do people have a hard time accepting that? If you want

You are in a position to be using guides, not making them.

This guide reeks of pre-level 30 cheese strats that never work in any serious game.

I don't need health regen masteries because they are insignificant compared to my life-steal. Attack speed ultimately become attack damage, so I don't invest in attack damage runes (+3.34 attack kind of bonuses; greater quintessence) because that is insignificant to having 2.64% (greater quintessence) on 200+ attack damage at lvl 18, and I don't take on the AP mid lane champions early game and I always die because my boomerang is on cooldown, so I aim for cooldown reduction runes instead of magic resist. Runaan's Hurricane is great for clearing minion waves (pairs well with statikk skiv, recharging it 3x as fast), and this build is for CLEARING MINION WAVES and LANE PUSH. My decisions for rune choice, masteries, and item build are all intentionally different from the "normal" sivir build on here and lolpro. It's really all self explanatory. And I do have an armor penetration alternate, last whisperer.

I choose clarity over barrier summoner spell, because it has a lower cooldown I run low on mana, so it's good for lane sustain. I get to use clarity way more than I use barrier. I know because barrier is my alternate spell if i really want to take out turrets without minions or to survive an attack.

I don't need to test things out before judging. Your runes suck balls, your masteries suck balls, clarity sucks balls, runaans sucks balls and you don't get any form of armor penetration.

This isn't an official guide for the "ultimate" sivir build. It's just for one that I prefer over the current (popular) "official" build for her on mobafire or lolpro. So I decided to share it because I thought it was good or even better.

Have you ever heard of SolWolf? He does a series on YouTube called breaking the meta, in which he goes against the "normal" play style for positions in the game, and he does ranked matches. He tries something different and so should you. It works you know!
