As you said,you can use mana regen blues.Already said in the guide.
But,i have to tell you i don't agree with that.Armor seals are about 1.5x armor marks.And in my opinion,you need that armor more than the regeneration.If you are really that mana hungry,you can sacrifice your glyphs.For the super safe play that's the build I recommend.

Second,i know i'm not done yet,and i will start improving the guide,and yes i know i'm missing that optional items.They were the next thing in my plan.
