Hello summoners ! I am Toto and this is my first guide . I main tank . Dr.Mundo is one of my favourite tanks , because you can easily carry with him , and be unkillable .I ussually go full tank , but I tried bruiser , and AP , and all of them works . I got the idea of trying different roles and builds when I started playing ranked , because Mundo is my best champion , and I will not always get top or jungle . Please don't rate negative , and instead tell me what I did wrong so I can improve . I will keep updating this guide.

Pros :

Best sustain in the game
One of the best late game champions
Unkillable
Can go where he pleases

Cons :

Weak early game
People will call you troll for not going full tank
An enemy Darius will make you useless for the whole game

Start with Infected Cleaver (Q) at level 1 and max it first for the slow and life% damage , as it will help you last hit and poke , and you may get saved by the slow .

At level 2 take Masochism (E) , and you'll have an easy time last hitting , and it will help you win fights

I take Burning Agony (W) at level 3 because it costs a lot of health , and it pushes too much . It's not really useful you are ganked , and the CC reduction will help you

At 6 you have Sadism (R) which is imo the best sustain in the game . This is what makes Mundo ... Mundo . Now you can bait them to dive you , ult , Q , then chase them for an easy kill (Higher elo players know this strategy , so it's not really useful if you are above silver). Now with Sadism you can play agressive

I take always take heal , for more utility and easier bait. Then if I go top I take teleport , or flash if I go mid. Don't take ignite , because Mundo's early game is weak , and ignite will be useless . In jungle , you always take smite and heal

In the jungle my route is Golems > Wolves> Gromp > recall (if too low) > Wraiths > Red > Blue , but I don't ussually play jungle , so this route may not be the best.
