I have been using this build for a few weeks now. It it crazy how much damage he can deal just by build Warmogs. This allows you to become so tanky early game if played right you can have boots off speed and a warmogs by 12 min. I have not seen anyone counter this build on top lane, the reason why i second max burning ag is for characters like panth whose stun lands them on you so you may still deal a lot of dmaage while stuned.
