Welcome to my Mundo build i will give a complete detail list here on how to build, play and own with mundo mundo.

so for runes i have 2 sets i use for different situations, my first set is when im fully tanking, i take flat health quints then Health per level and Health Regen/5 for the rest of my runes, the other build i take is health Regen/5 in all the slots possible then flat health per level in the rest.

the masteries are simple i take the standard mage setup in the offensive tree getting to the 15% magic pen then i go standard tank build in the defensive tree. gaining the extra health, attack speed and ability power, then gaining the 5% reduced damage.

the item build i take is simple, i start of the game with a ruby crystal for the health and normally i dont return to fountain untill i have enough to buy my spirit visage and boots flat out, around 2.6k gold that is. after that i get a sunfire cape so my W ability does 100 damage a hit + the 35 from the sunfire cape, so just being near be hits a lot of damage, i then grab force of nature/thronmail depending on what there team has more of (magic damage/physical damage) then i get a warmogs then the item i didnt get first (force of nature/thornmail, if i buy thornmail first i get FoN now and if i got FoN first i get thornmail now), then once your build is complete buy up the 3 useable pots that increase stats and your all set to kill people.

i max my cleaver first, then i max my burning agony then maschoscim, while gaining my ulti at level 6, 11 and 18.

for summoner spells i use heal and ghost, some other viable summoner spells are teleport, flash, exhaust and ignite, you can take what ever you prefer, but i prefer ghost and heal for escaping, and catching enemys, and heal for staying in lane until i have 2.6k gold.

when your working as a team as mundo you should try and get a good utlity champion with you, either soraka, sona, taric, or karma, i prefer sona as i think she is one of the best utlity champions out at the moment, simply stand behind your enemys minion wave keeping them away from the minions with your cleaver, the support champion should be healing you and keeping the enemy away from the minions as well, all you have to do is last hit the enemy minions while the min ion waves kill each other, this way you deny the emey alot of xp so you keep them behind in levels. in team fights keep the enemy between you and your dps/support champions and when the fight starts use all of your spells (q,w,e) until you reach about 60% hp then use your ulti to regen health, simply start the fight with your bulk infront of your team to own them.

the team build i can recommend is useing a tank, a support tank, a support healer a physical dps and a magical dps. the team u play in 5v5 consists of me tanking with Mundo, a Taric playing as sub tank/ utlity healer, a sona playing healer support, an ashe playing as the physical dps and a brand playing as the magical dps.

Some other viable builds are in this order, Tank, healer, support/sub tank, physical dps, magical dps. The champions listed below are all suitable to the team build i have suggested, simply pick one champion from each level and you have a decent team.
