RELEASE THE KRAKEN
Start the game as any other ARAM game; Boots and a Guardians Horn. Poke down the enemy teams with your Q and try to get as much farm as you can.
While still staying back and being a pokier than a cactus, continue to purchase your items. By around 10 minutes you should have more than enough for your first Zephyr. Keep stacking those items until your build is full.
The Final Stretch
By now, hopefully your team has removed all obstacles in your way. It's time for the most amazing metamorphosis a man can ever witness. First thing, die so you have full health, or collect health relics so you can take a little more damage before getting killed. Stand in a bush and hope for the enemy team to pass, readying your horn, ult, heal, and ghost. I one swift movement, press ALL THE BUTTONS and run directly to your target. Because the Zephyrs give you both attack speed + damage and move speed, you should be able to take out a fresh inhibitor in just under 10 seconds(well before the enemies can catch up)
What to do with this build
Because you will be a squishy light speed purple monster, your job will to be to poke the enemies down from afar with your Q while retaining enough health to capture your objective. Once the time comes, sprint directly at your target and mash on it until it dies. Using your E for extra damage is a very good idea and can actually help if you're getting hammered on(low health = high damage).
Please note that this is NOT a viable build anywhere else other than ARAM, and even at that very risky to use. Do not use this build if you are planning on being the teams tank because you will not have health.
