Hello, This Is My First Build, And There's Not Much I Could Say To This Since This Is My First Time. Well, Once You Complete It, You Might Walk Slow With Him, But You Can Be OP Though. At The End Of The Build, You Could Replace The Malady For Another Phantom Dancer If You Like, And One More Thing, You Can Keep The Boots For More Speed If You Want. You Also Might Want To Be Careful In Beginning Game Since Your Armor Is Very Low. You Can Also Use It In ARAM But The Blood Thirster Could Change Into The Sanguine Blade.
