Deathcap is mandatory, and Luden's is probably close to mandatory. Boots are necessary. Lich Bane is the real standout underrated item.
So I'd swap out either Hourglass or Nashor's for a Void Staff a lot of the time. If you're good at baiting with Hourglass, then probably lose Nashor's. Nashor's has CDR, and the AS helps you apply Lich Bane procs more safely, so it's tempting and possibly even well-justified as a sixth item. But the main thing is to be sure you weave a basic attack or three into your combo.
Lich Bane + Nashor's with 500 bonus AP and a Deathcap can reach 1000 bonus damage per empowered basic attack. He's borderline broken in the late game, if your team lets you last hit and the other team can't shut you down early and snowball.
