well, this guide is based on what i've seen people use since xin zhao was remade, & what i've used everytime i play him.

the runes i used consist of armor pen/att speed/armor/att dmg. i use armor pen. because xin zhao has alot of armor pen, and it helps him alot. att speed because it helps your W spell. armor, so that you can survive. and att dmg just so you can do more dmg.
