Here is a quick rundown.

I play the H-man as a pure support who happens to get some damn good damage in a fight at higher levels. Because of this I play cautiously and do not engage, I follow behind my team like a good support. I skill shot grenades, and land rockets accordingly every time I can and they are up, and I drop turrets at the front of my fighting force to keep them hammering my enemies. Playing like this you will get kills or at least a lot of assists.

My runes are simple, I use them for cool down and maximum Magic Pen which is the one thing that really messes with the H-man's damage. Your options to overcome are to either stack more AP or get a voidstaff or abyssal scepter.

My items list is also pretty self-explanatory. Other than some random health pots, this build will have you mobile and heavy hitting early game assuming you are last shoting all the mobs you can and using your missiles and grenade to get gold.

The build of skills is what I like to do. I find the missiles to be the most effective damage dealer in my arsenal (next to the turret) but, the stun from the skillshot of a grenade, and the extra damage of it when you have mana are to much to ignore. Therefore I pick 1 grenade up early, and make do with its low damage, and hang on its blind and stun to save my life or play utility. The missiles will really mess people up and your turrets will be a bulldozer for laning and defending yourself.
