How to kill? When you are in mid try too harras your enemy as much you can with dragon striek, when his on 50% health jump on him with Demaca stardard and dragon strike for waste his flash and summoner spells,if he dont go back its an easy kill with "flash->ulti->Demaiica stardard->dragon strike" this takes like 2 sec and he wont surrvive an strike like that on low health


If its many AP damage people in the enemy team skip ur Blood thisrster and Dorans sheald and buy Banshis veil and Quik silver sash.

Jarvan mid

I start pic a Dorans shield for the grear Health regen/arrmor and health. Go back when u got like 1600 gold and buy Wricked lamp, then go too red get it fast, be sure you pushed mid hard before u got back or just kill the one in mid. after you got red go mid again. Next item is Bersseker Greaves for the attack speed. next item Infinity edge For more damage and alot of life steal with ur Wriked lamp I buy Ghostblade after becuase I dont use ghost, and its a great tower kicker or a move booster if you dont have ghost, if you use ghost buy banshies viel insteed.

clairvoyance - Ur not suport and with ur esceape skill will you easy get away fomr ganks.

exhaoust - Exhaoust is a great skill for Jarvan Becuase of its burst/escape skill and works fine with ghost or flash.

Ghost - Great for hunt people on other line or flee.

Smite - ONLY FOR JUNGLERS.

Clarity - you will never get out off mana (oom) with my runes and you dosent have big mana problem so leav this for caster os suports.

Flash - My favorite skill works awesome if you get ganked or a suprice attack with flash and ur Ultimate.

Heal - If you do it right you wont die.

Rally - Waste of summoner spells. not good at all.

teleport - Good for soloing or for people that get oom easy so i leav not a good skill for mid.

Cleanse - Kinda good skill vs exhauste i reacomand this for does that is new with this hero.

Fortify - leav this too the tanks please.

Ingnite - good for first blood and for people with flash.

Revive - I told you once and i tell u again u wont die!

Recomended summoner spells.

Cleans/ghost - for new people that is new with this hero easy to et out of fights and easy to kinda too easy to hunt people.

Ingite/flash - I use ingite flash becuase of heros with own flash or heals is ingite good vs "if like you exhoust him and he flash away its a fail" but with your great burst + ingite will ingite take him down when he flashed away. and flash for suprice people with ur ultimate.

Ghost/exhoust - works pretty well too if ur long from a team fight just ghost and if ur dieing exhoust ur enemy and run.

Flash/ghost - Its hard to get ganked and easy to GTFO team fights or shase someone.

Runes

Mark - Greater Mark of Desolation works with - Greater Mark of Alacrity too.

Glyph - I use mana per 5 sec runes becuase with all ur spamm spells will you get oom easy.

Seal - Same with seals i use mana per 5 sec.

Quintessence - Greater Quintessence of Desolation for alot of damage and becuase this is an not tank build wont i use tank runes.
