GhosT and Flash are easily your best optionss.
Anivia lacks mobility and flash will give u a reliable escape and ghost will make kitting much easier.
Heal or Barriel can work as well but meh. :D
cleanse]is decent pick as well if u are opponets with Twisted Fate or Syndra..
Teleportif u need some added map pressure. The good points is that if u are egg u can still use it to escape easily.
