well, i don't know where i should talk about summoner's spells so i do it here ^^'
- flash is a must have, since kog has no escape
- then you can pick barrier to avoid getting killed in early, since your early is weak, but DON'T NEVER pick heal if you mid, since most midlaners pick ignite.
- or you can pick teleport, your 2 first items needs to be bought as fast as possible, since they need to be charged, so a quick back for RoA or tear of the goddess with teleport can be very smart. on top of that, it allows you taking some bad trades or some roaming :)

i'm going to speak about the laning phase
- you have to play VERY safe in early, since most of the champs will hurt you in 1V1, once you're level 6, harass with your E and R without taking risks, you have far enough range to stay safe, don't all in, or you'll die, except if your opponent is below 20% HP
- and NEVER push your lane, if you win, freeze the minions waves, except when the jungler is ganking an other lane, you have no escape except the slow from your E, what is not a good escape and most of the time your E will be on cooldown since you're using it to harass.
i'm going to speak about the laning phase
