Introduction
Lee Sin is a great jungler, which is where i used to play him. But i've found that he is an even better top laner. He has a shield, he has 2 escape abilities, and Energy, so he can stay in lane for a long time.
For skills, if I am doing well enough in lane, I will usually upgrade my Q first as it does quite a lot of damage. Then I max my W because it is a great escape tool. Because you can put a ward (Such as the one from wriggle's lantern) down and then jump to it. If you aren't good at your W or you just want to try something else, you could max the E second for max damage.
IMPORTANT STUFF
Make sure you use Lee Sin as a great harass, and damage dealer. You can go in with Q when you hit someone with it, then when you use Resonating Strike, you can use your E to deal a lot of damage, and then you can use safeguard and jump back to a minion. Once you get this combo mastered, you should be able to really annoy your opponent and hopefully win the Lane.
