Things to note for this guide;
Mana regen runes are very sub optimal ^^;
You should put the "Pros/cons" section somewhere at the beggining of the guide. It doesn't make sense where it is now.
Masteries are explained very poorly. Also, why no Veteran's Scars as ez is a very squishy champion?
No gameplay chapter- this is a must for every guide.
Runes are also explained poorly.

Mana Regen Glyphs are awful.
Ezreal doesn't benefit from ArPen as much as other ADCs due to his spells mostly dealing Magic.
Giving an order for items in the midgame would be helpful, unless you're seriously recommending people just straight rush a Black Cleaver.
You skip out on Crit Damage for CDR which is a huge mistake on most ADCs.
You avoid Veteran's Scars in favor of Mana Regen? That's a poor decision.
Guide is super short and has fairly minimal BB Coding.
Your Pros and cons are misleading. You claim that Ez's 2 weaknesses are "reliance on skillshots" (not a weakness, lots of champions are), and "Can have mana problems" (again, just requires personal skill). You neglect to mention Ezreal's weaker late game, his lack of steroids, his weak teamfighting, his squishy early/mid game which allows high damage ADCs to abuse him.

Thx for the tips Janitsu. But i use the Greater Glyph of Mana Regeneration because i like to spam my abilities, with that runes i can keep poking the enemy and don't get too worried about my mana.

You are right xD Rageblade and Hextech Revolver are bad choices for ad ezreal :/
And i still like Spirit of the Elder Lizard on Ezreal. That's your opinion but i still prefer it :D

Spirit of the Elder Lizard is pretty much like useless on Ezreal now.

Greater Glyph of Mana Regeneration - If you need these you need to change the title, and maybe you should learn to skillshot and save mana

Guinsoo's Rageblade and Hextech Revolver are bad choices.

There's a lot of potential. You seem to know what you're talking about but I highly disagree with your 2 glyphs of critical chance. Please take them out right away as they don't even give you 1% of a crit chance. You need more sections as well and more information, if you make the icons huge you're gonna need text to back it up aswell.
