Introduction

This guide simply is here to show how I've been playing Nami since she's been released. I've noticed there's not many which focus on scaling Nami's AP, which, in my experience, makes her fairly unstoppable.

Guide Top

How I play early game.

With Nami, your main advantage is that with Ebb and Flow, you have some serious damage and sustain rolled into one move. This means that you cope really well in extended combat. This is why I recommend maxing out Ebb and Flow and buying Mana items early on, to allow you to take full advantage of this. I usually only take one point in Aqua Prison to begin with, as, apart from its stun, this is not as useful a move as Ebb and Flow. Tidecaller's Blessing is the second thing you should max out, as it will make your allies pretty unstoppable if your AP is high.

You should focus on keeping your carry topped up while dealing some niggle damage on enemy champions using Ebb and Flow. Use Tidecaller's Blessing on your carry when you see them going to engage, as this will ensure they win the fight. Only use Aqua Prison when your enemy is on low health and if you're sure you can make the hit, as it has a long cooldown and can be essential for finishing a fight.

Once you have your ultimate, Tidal Wave, at level 6, dont be afraid to use it as soon as your enemies are away from their tower. The damage it does combined with the massive slow will pretty much ensure your carry will get the kills, especially if you are keeping them topped up with Ebb and Flow and buffing them with Tidecaller's Blessing.
