Please, recreate the title so something more. U know like telling what this build does.

the Ionic Spark is a really bad item, because you usually do not want to push a lane. this makes your last hitting way worse and inlate game the bit magic damage won't have a big impact

I like AS Kog a lot, and your Guide is on the way of getting really good. Criticism:
As previous comments suggested, NEVER go over the 2.5 AS cap. As a rule of thumb, 2.0 already is quite a lot and enough; mostly teammates have some kind of buff that can put you over it.
To maximise damage, you are quite right to go for on hit effects, I like the Ionic Spark and I agree that it is a phantastic item on kog, however; keep in mind that your teams total damage output should be balanced Physical/Magical damage, or your opponents could easily counter you, and what use is an on hit kog, if the enemy starts stacking MR ?
I think overcomming resistances with Defense Penetration/Reduction is a huge part of any Carry champion and while you include Malady, Black Cleaver and Last Wisper you should explain how Defenses work and when to get them.
Since Zeke's Herald only gives you a mediocre amount of AS, I think you are better off letting your Support rush this and invest your money elsewhere.

Just my oppinion isnt it a tad much attack speed? i think you are going way beyond max here.. that is 2.5 ingame i usually grab zeal or vampiric scepter after berserkers and then go for madreds bloodrazor.. it will give you a pretty decent dmg .. also normally go for phantom blade as fast as possible. attack speed and movement is what i think kog usually benefits most from.
