Quintessences : Physical Dmg +2.25 x3 ; Marks : Physical Dmg +0.95 x9 ; Seals : Armor +1.41 x9 ; Glyphs : Magic Resistence +1,34 x9

I take just 0/30/0 and focus on Health and Damage Reduction.

Items

You start normal with Boots and 3 Potions. Get an early Philosophers Stone and 2x Dorans Blade. Then focus on Tri-Force and Warmogs Armor. AFter that go on more Armor and buy Frozen Heart. For Fight Control take a Sunfire Cape and finish with Maw of Malmortius. Oh, i forgot Mercury's Treads.
