I realy love to have vamp at the start becouse,
it will make ur lifesteal epic at the start.
for the rest the items are just good in comb.
For the skills i usaly want to level my Q skil.
i'm very focused to get my q skil so high as possible.
i picked dodge runes becouse i just love dodge
