Basic explanation

He is a major pushing, carry, jungler, if you play him right. Try to solo in 3 v 3s, don't in 5 v 5s. Jungling is highly recommended. If you don't already know, Nasus's greatest strength is in his Siphoning Strike, gaining 3 damage every time it is used to kill a minion, monster, or champion. Building this up is crucial, especially finding time to farm and clear the jungle in a respectable amount of time (that's what the attack runes are for). Siphoning Strike is accordingly going to be the first skill chosen to build up this ungodly ability early on. His ultimate is really overkill. If you pick the same masteries (including the additional 5% of exp), then you'll lvl up way quicker than the enemy team (especially in 3 v 3s). Wither and Exhaust are a great combo when chasing due to the double slow that they create, but don't forget to cast Spirit Fire in front of the enemy champion (otherwise you won't get armor and magic resistance reduction on the target). Some opponents think they can take Nasus and run up to him like it's nothing. This is an illusion you can use to your advantage...Let them come and pulverize them :) (after all, that's what the slows come in handy for).
