Um This Is how I play Nasus Enjoy :D Ive never used a build with him and made this up with him on the spot the week he was free. He Is going to change after the new patch and it makes his passive go to 14/17/20 Lifesteal, and SpitFire Wont have a delay but it wont do as much damage at the begining of the cast. and Wither Wont be affected by Tenacity.

I dont know what to do with runes yet (But I will! :D) So get Like AD runes Atk Speed. Or Mana regen. Use What is viable for You and what suits your needs

I think these masteries are ok because early game he has a low mana pool and going back is bad because he has basic life steal and ther is on point to go back just for mana.

Here is the weird part for some people, because everyone says that he is a tank, but he doesn't have to. Dorans is good Because It gives HP regen and Armor Which is Good for early-mid game. Ninja Tabi is an option because it gives Armor but You Can switch for whatever is better for you.

Manamune? For a bigger Mana pool and Extra AD
Infinity Edge for AD Crit chance.
The Three next items are simplty Suggestions. Or you can get More Crit chance and AD

Do What Suits You best but Try to focus AD and Crit chance.

Start With Siphoning Strike Because you need to get That To max power late game.
Then get Wither Or Spit fire and Balance them until You are 6
His final Does damages the other team and gives Nasus AD

Use Siphoning Strike On the Caster minions because they have less health and its easier to kill them with Siphoning Strike.

Remember to last hit things with this ability..

This is one of the most important abilities for nasus As it helps late game.

In fights start with SpitFire and then Wither Fury of the Sands and during this spam siphoning strike.

Ignite Is a Good spell as it does lots of damage and the 50% healing is good to focus Fidlesticks or Gangplank.

Madreds is a good item against really big tanks so that is a good item as well.
or For extra AD Use BloodThirster or Hextech Gunblade

Sometimes you will be focused if you dont have Enough HP or Armor So Buy that if you really need that.

Ignite is good for me as i use spells a little more than I should So I use Clarity and Ignite For that last fighting push in battles. Like I said This is up to you Im Giving Some Suggestions.

Pros: Lots Of burst damage
Siphon Strike can have ALOT of damage
Ok all around (To a point)

Cons: Can Be focused down By Ganks
Without Manamune You can Run out of mana, Fast
A little Bad at fighting tanks

Use siphoning strike, Get manamune, Dont die, Dont Get ganked,
Oh and one last tip, Siphoning strike resets your auto attack, Therefore Using it Right After you attack helps get a fast attack again.
