Soul Eater (PASSIVE)
Nasus Passive Ability
Introduction
Pros:
-Very tanky can be built successfully with loads of health
-Doesn't require a lot of skill can be a "right click to win" champion
-Can carry a game very easily
-Great in team fights because he can tank, deal damage, and his e is very helpful for armor reduction
-If your team has enough AD damage output you can easily switch him to a tank and still be effective
Cons

Runes aren't entirely important with Nasus but you can go with your gut feeling on these. You could slap together all the old runes you have laying around and really play an effective Nasus, its all about the build. I would suggest more tanky runes with armor yellows and magic resist blues. You could also add attack speed quintessences because attack speed is a major part of the AD tanky bruiser build.
Now items obviously you don't have to follow this guide exactly but this will point you in the right direction. Obviously if their whole team is AP you build mercury treads instead of a ninja tabi, I find that this build helps shut down their AD carry and tanks alike. If your getting dominated by AP feel free to build magic resist. Also an item that you have a lot of flexibility with is the trinity force. Some people recommend it early and some people recommend it late. You can really put it anywhere but I highly recommend that you do not get it first. Start with the bloodrazor, and I usually get it right after that, if you want to build more tanky however, get the frozen mallet. It's really up to you to build Nasus. It is also important to remember that you are playing a tanky bruiser, not rammus. You can initiate team fights and tank turrets, but don't think your nearly as tanky as rammus or malachite where you can tank 3 or 4 players at once. You are playing the AD carry or Solo Top role with this build, please use it wisely.
It is extremely important to farm well with Nasus. He excels in solo lanes as a dominating top lane and a viable mid. There are two main things to remember while farming. First, your e is great early to take out large groups of minions. Second, LAST HIT WITH YOUR Q. If you last hit a minion with your q, it permanently gains damage that will add to you siphoning strike. This creates a snowball effect that gets larger and larger, if you farm effectively, you can add an extra 150-250 damage on to your siphoning strike, on top of the 300 AD damage that scales with it.
Nasus is a great champion whichever way you build him, he also has viable AP builds, tanky builds, and jungle builds. This build is just targeted to more beginner players, and not all you pro MLG 2200 ELO's we have out there so keep that in mind. I hope you enjoyed my first guide, i understand it wasn't much to look at but i just wanted to do it in the 45 minutes i had before school. Have fun dominating top lane, and wreaking havoc in team fights. When you play nasus you'll be thinking to yourself, does this guy really wanna 1 v 1 me?
