Pros / Cons

PROS:
- easy to play
- good solo lane champion (top)
- good farmer (with E)
- endless stacking Q (+3 DMG for any kill with Q)
- extreme Tanky (specially with activated Ulti)
- good hunter (slow through W)
- good dmg output (for a tank)
- the boss in endgame

CONS:
- weak in early game
- mana-problems in early game
- hard laneing vs ranged champions
- useless if you are underfeed
- not much CC

Laneing and Farming

Farming with Nasus is quite easy. You just have to creep around the minions and kill as much minions with your Q spell as possible (Q they if they have low hp). If you face with a bigger minion-wave wich could hurt your tower, then you use your E Spell to farm these wave.

If you play at a solo lane then DONT PUSH LIKE A ******, try to keep the minions in the middle of the lane, if you push to hard then are you easy to kill trough enemy ganks! And your jungler cant gank your opponent as well!......

The only good reasons to push a lane hard in the laneing-phase are:

#1 Your are not in danger to get killed while you push ( mapawareness, you are overfeed, and so on......... )
#2 You need to go base and dont want your opponent to own your tower while you are away
#3 You have killed your opponent + #1 (the enemy tower kills your allied minions -> decrease your opponents farm and exp)

Runes

Effect of my runes:

+ 15 armor penetration ( 9* Greater Mark of Desolation )
+ 25 armor ( 3* Greater Quint of Resilience + 9* Greater Seal of Resilience )
+ 24 magic resistance at level 18 ( 9* Greater Glyph of Shielding )

Flat armor is very good to decrease the dmg that you get in early game.
I prefer magic-resistance per level cause all AP-dmg un early game is quite low.
Armor-penetration for more dmg-output......
