Welcome To my Nasus Lifesteal Build i just started using this a couple of days ago and ive been wrecking ever since ive tried this. Hope you try this build and love it A lot :).....Enjoy!

For Marks- I go for armor penetration just for the fun of taking lots of health down knowing that you can wreck there armor. If they dont have any then That MEANS great things.
For Seals i take Mana Regen. i take regen of mana because Nasus does not have good mana regen and loses mana faster due to the spamming of spells.
For glyphs i take cool down reduction for maximum spamability on nasus's Q.
For Quints i just get more armor Pen.

First i start off with Berserker's Greaves for the attack speed.
- This give you attack speed early to do damage against people :)

Next i Get a Manamune for mana regen and damage.
- I take this for the Mana Regen you get because nasus's mana drops really fast. Also it gives good starting damage for when you get lifesteal.

After that i Get A Starks Fervor.
- I get this because Nasus's Passive does not have enough lifesteal to survive at all.

After Stark's i get a spirit visage for the increase on life steal plus some good magic resist.
- Makes sure that when you are lifestealing that you get that good increase and get more life back each hit. Also good magic resist.

Then to finish off my build i get TWO Blood Thirsters. For the Damage and LifeSteal But also for the insane passive.
- Its passive gives you life steal and Damage for each kill So having two will do a lot of Work on the enenmy :) plus help your life steal Factor.

He has 3 skills that will do a lot with this build then his other that goes on ability power and wont do much.


His Passive:-Soul Eater
Nasus drains his foe's spiritual energy, giving him a natural 10/15/20% lifesteal. The lifesteal value increments at levels 1,6, and 11. This is what gives him the natural ability to life steal.

His Q:-Siphoning Strike
Nasus's next attack will deal an additional 30 / 50 / 70 / 90 / 110 damage. Siphoning Strike permanently gains 3 damage whenever it kills an enemy. This is an ability you have to use to farm minions getting last hit powers it up so the better you get the more damage you will get it to do.

His W:-Wither
Nasus ages his target, slowing their movement and attack speed by 35% and reducing it further by 3 / 6 / 9 / 12 / 15% each second for 5 seconds. This Slows targets attack speed and movement so catching up can be easy and also so can running away or just in a fight use it to slow attack speed.

His E:-Spirit Fire
After a brief delay, the target area becomes desecrated. Enemies in the area have their armor reduced by 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40 and are dealt 20 / 34 / 48 / 62 / 76 (+20% of ability power) magic damage each second. This will make it easy to crowd Control right off the bat and to help weaken minions for last hits but i wont do much to champions Late game.

His R/Ulti:-Nasus becomes empowered in the sandstorm for 15 seconds, gaining 300 / 450 / 600 health. While the storm rages, he drains 3 / 4 / 5 (+1% of ability power)% of nearby enemies' health each second (240 damage max per second) and converts it into bonus attack damage. This is a great way to stay alive if youre almost dead or just to take a 2 v 1 or 3 v 1 gives health and does damage plus you got life steal.

-Maxing this and Farming with your Q is going to be the decision maker for if you do good or bad an amazing farm Q can take down a Chunk Of health with one swing. plus all of your damage you will be rocking.
-I Max this also because it is a great chase and fighting Ablility slowing down enenmys that attack fast such as Yi or Ashe or Jax people that do damage quick.
-Maxing this last would be best because not going ap doesnt do very much with ability so this will only have an incredible effect early game.
- Of course Getting points in your ultimate whenever you can.
