I still stand by what I said earlier. But, I think you need to swap out the Spirit Visage for, at least Sheen. Spirit Visage doesn't augment the amount of life you gain from life steal.

I'm not going to up or down vote because I haven't tried it, HOWEVER - my two cents...

Nasus NEEDS a Trinity Force. It makes his Siphon Strike go through the roof. Your build looks like you took a Pantheon build, replaced a Bloodthirster with Spirit Visage and called it a build.

Maybe it's just me, but Nasus makes a better off-tank with Trinity and Aegis as his only damage items or a straight AP build than a DPS build. It seems like you're trying to capitalize on Siphon, but with no Sheen proc the damage will be equal or less than the normal build.

I'll give it a whirl in a couple games this evening then cast my vote.

Where is your Trinity force dude. Everyone knows nasus needs a trinity force. Get it right after spirit visage. then go into the blood thirsters. At least a sheen come on man. :P

Well i didnt say i was playing tank so make sure if youre using this build that you have a tank never stated that this is a tank build.

Truthfully, I've seen worse. I don't think this is the greatest build but it seems like it will work. 90% lifesteal and a nice amount of armor penetration make him a nice killer and tank late game. The only problem with this build is, it's hard for Nasus to farm IMO so it makes getting two of "the Bloodthirster" very hard unless you do a ton of jungling.
