If Riot wanted Morgana to be an AP nuker, they would have given her Annie's skillset and renamed her Annie. Morga is support, and while she needs some AP to do her job, she is not going to land all these dark bindings in competitive play. Additionally, this guide relies on her being the AP carry, which is silly considering her skillset is more geared toward support.

flash is fail on Morgana so is clarity. teleport gives her the element of surprise jumping in and killing people at towers and as for the second spell chose ghost one of the most used spells in top level play and Morgana cant really get away quickly so ghost is a good spell as for masteries your assuming your going to die don't use reduce time dead unless your a tank Morgana is not a tank so use it on either ghost or teleport man you noob have been in the High ELO yet?

The argument that it won't and most games don't get that far is valid. Look at it this way with 2 or 3 Death caps you get 617-788which is about 17-100 more than predicted in the build.

Say you get 20 stacks that 180 AP you die once that's brings you down to 132 like that and say you die again that brings it down another percentage. This build is hoping you'll dominate early game and won't get to late game and hoping you won't have some1 that will kill you. This is basically a One shot pony or noob killer build that does not worked in ranked play either movement speed or health quintessences would do it that's +78 Health at the beginning which is her health starts at 491 including masteries with Dorans and rings its 591 and with HP 669 Health which really health for beginnings however, once you get used to not dying quite as much movement speed is good. With masteries it gives + 9 speed +4.5% speed including the boots 382.5 speed bonus which for Morgana is awesome. As for summoner spells clarity is a pretty useless spell at end game for her and if your using too much mana that's just noobish in general and flash to get away is good for characters like fiddle or teemo but ghost and teleport allow you to stay in lane longer and can play a crucial part in end game. Your only focused on early game which of course Morgana rules but say your facing Sivir or som1 good who can out farm you its better to out farm than making them weaker and you stronger than depending on early game kills or assists. If a good player were to fight you even with flash you still might be caught in the gank ghost allows you to get away unless they stun or CC its easier to black shield and ghost rather than black shield than flash to get away. As for ganking people you can friccking shoot through walls even Clairvoyance would better a better spell to use than flash because you can see the map and place Tormented soil better. In other words try to make a guide that works for noobs and ELO people. not just Noob killer because any1 can kill noobs quill18 is a way better Morgana player watch some of his videos.

FAIL GUIDE As people said AP carry is fail in high ranked ELO do you play against noobs all the time? you just annoy them to death
