Hey, I'm really not the one to be talking, but what do you think about 9 health seals instead of Armor and then 3 Armor Quints or maybe health seals, armor marks, armor seals, and health quints? Or maybe a mix between 2 Health Quints and an Armor one. I just want to know your thinking behind it so I can adapt if there are rune balances or changes in the meta, thanks :)

Hey! I think 9 health seals and 3 armor quints would be fine (after all this is just my personal opinion on runes). I am really in no position to give expert rune advice, but I think that would work equally as well. Just make sure you coordinate your runes depending on who you are going against. The meta isn't really stable right now so things are bound to change. On your comment of a mix between 2 health quints and one armor quint, that could work. Maybe even scaling health quints would work better then flat health quints. Nautilus is somewhat tanky in the early game plus w/ relic shield, you have good sustain. Just try what you think works and let me know how it goes!
