Summoner Spells
I get Flash for Crowstorm. *BE CAREFUL* when you start up crowstorm for ganks and flash. If you flash too early..you'll cancel your Crowstorm and it makes you look like a total J.A.

I like Exhaust on Fiddle because it helps it many ways.
1.Drain + fear + exhaust.
2.Crowstorm + fear/Exhaust Drain/Dark Wind.
3.etc..

Skills
I start off with drain because Fiddles weak early game and with a few levels in drain early game you'll be close to un kill-able. I don't level up Dark Wind much because it doesn't do as much as you would do in a drain. I put levels in Fear pretty early (ish) because a Fear + Drain = a oh $#it moment for the enemy. Especially early game.

or if that doesn't work for you do the opposite with dark wind and drain.

Runes
for runes I go with pure ap. Before you say anything bad please let me explain. Lots of AP early game leaves your target knowing your tough, and it also enables you an early kill. [most the time]

Items
Amplifying Tome- good early game item, with the ap from your runes and this ap your drain will be powerful at level 1.
I also buy Meki pendant after my first back. If i have enough, I get boots of speed.
I basically turn that into a deathfire grasp to hit the target if their running. (click and use)
I turn that into sorc shoes for magic pen, and to add to that I buy Haunting Guise.
Then void staff, for AP and Magic Pen.
If your still playing by this time buy Zhonyas ring for ap and Abyssal staff for ap and magic resist lower.
