This is my first build i'm putting on mobafire, after the newest patch Tryndamere has undergone a lot of different changes with his switch to the rage system.
Because of the way his passive works, you shouldn't need to stack crit items anymore as he gets a passive 35% crit at level 18, this is why I have made a more conventional tanky DPS build that still gets him to a high enough crit chance that, including his full passive, will get you to 100% crit, still hitting hard but being much chunkier and able to take a hell of a lot of damage due to his HP, armor and his ultimate.
You could also swap out Wriggles for a MR item if you feel you are just getting nuked down.

Extra crit damage never hurts and having some ArP should help endgame, the quints could also be swapped out for ArP depending on their team comp.

Standard melee DPS, but you could go 9/21/0 if you wanted to be tankier.

This is the main difference, you should try to only get enough crit to hit the soft cap of 65%, this build does go a bit over though, this is just due to his new passive being extremely powerful and giving 35% crit at 100 rage, the healing on his Q late game is subpar anyway so you should always be full rage.
EDIT: After playing a few more games I found that starks is probably better than wriggles just because of the extra attack speed it gives you.

i like to go flash/exhaust to make him basically an invincible duelist as well as having escape mechanisms if needs be, this goes with his E to make him very hard to chase, or very hard to escape.
