Hello Summoners, i wanted to do this guide because i don't think Kha'zix got nerfed to the ground. Just his poke got nerfed a bit. The q is still very, very strong. Plus, they didn't nerf the void spikes ALL the way. It still applies the slow, just not the extra passive damage any more.

The items are still the same, it works on Kha'zix still.

Yes, yes, i know. They nerfed the W, but it still does damage plus you need the heal for sustain.
