For the gank I usually activate e and try to reach the enemy within 2 seconds without using the q spell. If you notice that you are too slow you can still jump on him. But if you get in range soon enough, you still have the q left if the enemy tries to escape. |

Can I ask you guys a question, is it all right if I build Jax as AD or AP? And I think the items you choose are very reasonable. So +1 |

Further you do not need it actually ;) So I prefer exhaust instead of Flash because it grants you a safe kill or an escape if needed. You are not using  Flash only for ganks, you use it to steal barons/dragons and to run away when you don't have minions/wards next to you.
