Introduction
WELCOME TO THE WORLD OF SINGED!! I love this champ. Not only is he an amazing top solo-er, but it is quite often that enemies rage when I use him. I've been 5v1'd (sadly didn't make it out seeings how they were highly coordinated) and the team tries to consider me raging, but it's actually kinda embarrassing for them. Most enemies should learn when fighting any Singed to NOT CHASE! i got 4 kills from chasers in one match, and that Ashe, man she hated me. Anyways, enough about how I use him, not onto how YOU will use him.

Runes
Now onto the good stuff
I choose this first over the Ruby Crystal because it gives me mana, which triggers Empowered Bulwark, and allows you to not have to recall due to poison trail. Health Potion helps you stay in lane, especially if you have to solo top.
Catalst The Protector This item is crucial to laning for long periods of time. It also supplies a nice hp boost. Gotta love that health.
Now some people will say "why don't you get Mercury's Treads?" Well, to all of you, go ahead and try it out. I'm not saying it won't work, but I prefer the extra speed of my boots. It all depends on the enemy team too. If 3-4 of them are mages, even I would get Mercury's Treads, but if they have 2 or less, I recommend to get Boots of Swiftness
This item should be in any good Singed build, seeings how it helps you lane, gives you nice amount of AP, and makes you tanky enough for a while.
This item is awesome for AP tanks. A good amount of magic resist, some AP, and Increased magic damage.
THE ABYSSAL SCEPTER MAY BE BOUGHT AFTER FROZEN HEART IF YOUR ENEMIES HAVE 3+ HIGH AD CHAMPS
This is wonderful. Not only does it lower the damage carries deal to you (thus making you more tanky) but it also gives you plenty of mana, so if your run out, then there's something wrong, and that mana increases the tanky-ness EVEN MORE!
This item may not seem worth getting, but it can really help. When you use your you will regenerate health so fast, you're basically Dr. Mundo. Plus, you gain a nice movement speed buff and some magic resist.
This item is quite useful. Any carry should think twice about fighting you once you've got this.
Many believe this item is not useful on Singed, but I like it. Not as buffy as [[thornmail] but effective during team fights.
PICK ONE OF THE ABOVE, NOT BOTH, THE DEFAULT TO PICK FOR ME IS THORNMAIL, BUT IT DEPENDS ON THE SITUATION
You may buy Rylai's Crystal Scepter instead of Abyssal Mask if you are not fighting any threatening mages, but only if then.
