Imo you don't need attack speed for eve because at l16 her ult gives you max. Where as if you were to get more AP, Ravage would hit much, much HARDER. and anyway since Phantom dancers were nurfed they are not nearly as beneficial to own anymore unless you are someone like Ashe

And o top of that. whne you have the proper amount of AP with eve, hr hate spikes are nothing to joke with man. Ravage + 2-3 hates pikes will kill even the tankyest mother effer.

Please Vote and Comment with actual opinions ... no trolling and down voting for no reason because of you having a bad day ... If you want to down vote ... Comment why and how to improve the guide ... if you give a +1 still comment why and any thing u would like to have seen different or added to make the guide better ... I been playing Eve for the longest, possibly 4 months, i know everything there needs to know and item wise ... if ur not sure, just ask ... if you dont like the way it looks, then try the build in 3 games ... or just dont vote/bother at all ...
