The new Rylias adds lots of AP and Hyper stick potiential and also the w passive doesnt need to be activated to activate the 40% slow per second making it impossible to leave him. Using the guide completely will get around 870 ish ap and 40 percent cdr while still being able to one shot squishys and take a lot more damage.
