This build has been designed to change the meta. Although this is not a "serious" build it actually works. Me and my friend have tried it out on numerous occasions and yielded very successful results, one thing you should note is that Blitz's 'W' Overdrive also gives him attack speed so you want to max this first to increase camp clear time. You also want to try and utilize your grab (Q) when ganking and then use your knock up to stall the opponent. This should give your team-mates plenty of time to get their damage down!
