I've just tested jungling as poppy after the patch and she is one good ganker and do really high dmg early game. So i want to share jungle Poppy with you guys.
While other young yordle girls played skip-step and braided wreathes out of posies, Poppy spent her youth earning calluses and grease stains in her father's armor shop. Blomgrun, her father, was Bandle City's finest smith. The only thing he loved as much as his work was his young daughter, Poppy - named for the sprightly sounds of the sparks that leapt from his ever-burning forge. He welled with pride the day she was first able to lift his trusty hammer, Whomper. Poppy immediately took to his art, demonstrating a natural gift for smithing, which Blomgrun honed with devoted instruction.
One day, a Demacian general named Florin Berell commissioned Blomgrun to craft a helm, glorious beyond comparison. Blomgrun toiled away on this project, determined to present Florin with his finest work. He let Poppy set the center jewel, entrusting her with the most important piece. When the pair finished, they departed for Demacia to deliver it in person. Word of the general's order, however, was leaked to the Noxian High Command, and two Noxian assassins were dispatched to intercept the delivery. Blomgrun was able to occupy the assassins long enough for Poppy to escape with the prized helm. She watched helplessly from the brush as her father was slain. Instead of fleeing home, she carried the helm the rest of the way to Demacia alone. She refused payment for it, saying that no amount would compensate for her father's life. Instead, she offered it as a gift, honoring her father's final intentions. Florin saw the grim determination behind the tears in her eyes, and requested that the leadership of Bandle City appoint Poppy as the yordle ambassador to Demacia. Soon after, seeking to crush Noxus with her father's hammer, Poppy volunteered for the League of Legends.
Poppy may be small, but Whomper - or her will - is not.

Okay, you start to kill the blue. Can kill him without pull, but always nice to save some health.
Then you move to the wolves.
After wolves you move to kill the wraith.
Then golems when they are dead, you go "B" and buyboots of speed and if needed 1-2x.
When they are bought you can either go gank or kill red.
I choosed the runes to have fast jungling and too gank fast a possible. The glyphs is just too make the skills more spam able.
I choose Phageto make it easier to gank and thanks to the runes this will proc pretty often.
Theese items will give you great dmg through the whole game.
I choose 2x Too have great damage but also, to survive longer. Once you got theese two, then it's like impossible to kill you.
I usually run in first into teamfights(Remember to have your flash and ulti ready for this) just to make everyone attack me i pop ulti take down a carry and running from them. If im slowed or something then i just flash from there
Passive: Valiant Fighter
Any damage dealt to Poppy that exceeds 10% of her current health is reduced by 50%. This does not reduce damage from structures.
Dont really know how to explain this, but the lower hp you've got the lower you take dmg. This make you the best escaper in the game^^ You can't really die from Karthus or Caitlyn ultis. Note this won't reduce true damage or damage from turrets.
Q: Devastating Blow
Poppy crushes her opponent, dealing attack damage (+60% of ability power) plus 20 / 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 and 8% of her target's maximum health in bonus damage. The bonus damage dealt cannot exceed 75 / 150 / 225 / 300 / 375.
Cooldown 8 / 7 / 6 / 5 / 4seconds
This is your main attack, it is with this you will make awesome damage. Make sure you get sheen and this will hurt like hell.
W: Paragon of Demacia
Passive: Upon being hit or attacking an enemy, Poppy's armor and damage are increased by 1.5 / 2 / 2.5 / 3 / 3.5 for 5 seconds. This effect can stack 10 times.
Active: Poppy gains max stacks of Paragon of Demacia and her movement speed is increased by 17 / 19 / 21 / 23 / 25% for 5 seconds.
Cost 70 / 75 / 80 / 85 / 90mana
This make you get into fights and out of fights a piece of cake. But it also got some awesome stacking to your dmg/armor. That will make it easier for you to jungle at start.
E: Heroic Charge
Poppy charges at an enemy and carries them for a short distance. The initial impact deals 50 / 75 / 100 / 125 / 150 (+40% of ability power) magic damage. If they collide with terrain, her target takes 75 / 125 / 175 / 225 / 275 (+40% of ability power) magic damage and will be stunned for 1.5 / 1.5 / 1.5 / 1.5 / 1.5 seconds.
Cooldown 12 / 11 / 10 / 9 / 8seconds
Cost 60 / 65 / 70 / 75 / 80mana
This is my favorite spell when it comes to Poppy jungler, if the enemy team are pushing hard and are near the tower then you can just use this skill into your tower and get a easy kill.
R: Diplomatic Immunity
For 6 seconds, Poppy is immune to any damage and abilities from enemies other than her target.
In addition, Poppy's attacks deal 20 / 30 / 40% increased damage to the marked target.
Cooldown 140 / 120 / 100seconds
You can use this if you are getting ganked, or if you are going to kill them. This spell is very effective. You can jump in 5v1 with this and easly run away. But go for the carry you like 2 hit them.
