Firstly, i just give the build to let you try it out because its so much better than a Last Whisper+Def Item build in the Late.
A guide and explaination to all is following.

Some small information why this build could become meta (for other Triforce

Late game, you got 2 seconds on your Tumble, so you can just spam it and get the sheen proc, which is synergyzing amazing with Steraks Gage's Base damage increase.
Also, your Tumble scales with Total attack damage ( Base+Bonus AD ), which makes Steraks worth as well. If the enemy tries to get you down youll get the shield and extra ad which makes it bvery hard to get you down.
Also, Trinity forces Rage is so good for kiting with vayne and the 8% MS bonus scales with that.
