He never fights, he just walks around and right clicks once when everyone's dead. 0/0/30 seems to be the best choice.

Standard items for Twitch. I like Last Whisper over Black Cleaver because I like my armor penetration to impact them at that moment. Black Cleaver can help your team by reducing their armor, but Last Whisper seems better.

Ehh. Ghost Flash because he's a ***** nigga. Excuse my language.
