this is my first build, so please go easy on me.

i have recently gotten Nidalee and have fallen in love with her, so i decided i will try my own build and love this one.

i build my Nidalee AP.

i chose these runes because the magic pen makes your spear an even bigger nuke than before.
The mana regen means you can get more javelin toss and heals off.
the ability power per level will give you way more ability power (post level 5)than flat ability power
the flat ability power quints are great begause you get 15 ability power right off the bat which means bigger heals and bigger javalin tosses.

some people like going 21/0/9 and do ad but i like to use 9/0/21 and ap because when you use javalin toss you will get them down past half health then you can either auto attack them if they dont leave or you can jump into cougar form and pounce, claw and use Takedown i personaly use cougar because of all the damage abilitys and pounce is almost always off cooldown.

start off with a dorans ring or a sapphire crystal and some healing pots then you get your boots, obviously. then you get a guinsoos because you can keep it up in cougar form by pouncing. then you get Socerers shoes, what can i say, there just that good.then you get a mejais, or if you dont like snowball items you can get a haunting guise. next get a lich bane for some mana ap, some magic resist and some speed, the speed is small but it might help a bit. the void staff gives a good 70 ap and the 40 magic pen will make an even BIGGER nuke which is always good. and banshees vail is always good because of the blocked ability every 45 seconds and good mana and health.

always ALWAYS get heal first so you can stay in lane longer some people get Bushwhack first but i find that useless until your in cougar with pounce so i get that at 5 just for Pounce and Javelin Toss is always amazing because you will NUKE and when in cougar form you need to Pounce on the target, use your claw and then use Takedown for the killing blow, if they run away your Pounce should be off CD and just Pounce back in there and kill them

get Ghost for a good travel/escape method, and get Flash for chasing down and running away, both good escape/chase methods
