Welcome to my second guide.In this guide i will discuss how i prefer playing nidalee.Nidalee is an ability power supporter champion which can damage enemy champs and heal your buddys in battle.So lets get started of this guide.

There are few dwellers, let alone champions, residing in the blasted and dangerous lands that lie south of the Great Barrier. Much of that world still bears the scars of past Runes Wars, especially the mysterious ***ungu Jungle. There are long-forgotten treasures in these strange places which many risk life and limb to acquire. The champion known as Nidalee was only a young girl travelling with her treasure-seeking parents when they lost their way in the dense, rainy jungles. The jungle was unforgiving, and she watched her parents suffer agonizing final days as they fell victim to a mysterious and vicious disease.

As improbable as it was for a child to survive in the inhospitable jungle by herself, she did just that. Her youthful innocence and a fortunate naivete caused her to appeal to the beasts of that place and she was taken in by a family of cougars and raised as one of their own. She grew and somehow absorbed the raw magic of the dense wilds, evolving beyond both her human physiology and her feline affectation. On one pivotal day in her life, standing over the torn remnants of a Noxian squad of woodcutters, Nidalee chose to rejoin the so-called civilized world, to fight in the League of Legends so as to protect the vast woods from both Demacia and Noxus.

Nidalee was taught to fight by her feline family, battling viciously with tooth and nail. Something in her feline ways may draw you to her, but remember that she is no pussycat.

Cons

- Main target in most team fights
- Useless against tanks(almost)
- Difficult to play with javeling toss(it needs extremly acc)

For our runes we will need :

x9 Greater Mark Of Insight In this category of runes i pick magic penetration cos of her good damage dealt by her spear and of her claws of her ultimate.

x9Greater Seal Of Clarity In this category of runes i pick some mana regen for our champion so we can last longer in battle using her abilities.

x9Greater Glyph Of Potency In this category of runes i pick some ability power for my champion so she can get stronger in level 18.

x3Greater Quintessence Of Insight And for our last category of runes i pick some more magic penetration so we can cut down the enemies with the spear.

For our masteries i pick a 9-0-21 of the mastery tree :

OFFENSE In the offense category i just put 9 masteries to ability power and to her cooldowns so she can cut more deadly and using the abilities more often.

UTILITY In this category i focus my next 21 masteries on mana regen so we can use the abilities more often especially the ultimate and spear,on getting more xp so we can reach level 18 faster and then get using of our runes of ability power that get at its max at level 18,on movement speed so we can enter and exit battles quicker and on ability cooldowns.

MAIN BUILD



Doran's Ring This is your starting item that gives you your first 15 ability power(becide your runes),100 health and 5 mana regen per 5 seconds.

Ninja Tabi For your selected boots i prefer using ninja tabi that gives you 25 armor and 12 dodge(i get this boots so i can dodge some hits that may be deadly)

Void Staff This item gives you 70 ability power and it has a unique passive that adds 40% magic penetration(with that and your runes the magic penetration is huge and very effective).

Rabadon's Deathcap This item is the most powerfull item for your ability power build,it gives you 140 ability power and it has a unique passive that incresses your ability power by 30%.

Lich Bane This item gives you an 80 ability power,350 mana,30 magic resist,7 movement speed and it has an unique passive that gives you the oppertunity when you are using an ability your next physical attack will deal an additional 100% damage of your ability power in damage.

Banshee's Veil And last but not least we have the banshee's veil item that gives you 375 health,375 mana 50 magic resist and it has an unique passive that block's one negative spell every 45 secods.

In this chapter i will discuss nidalee's skills(abilities) :

JAVELIN TOSS / TAKEDOWN This is nidalee's first skill that tosses a spear to the enemy champion and deals a very good ammount of damage(if the champion is far and you hit him it deals extra damage).And if you are using your ultimate then the skill is called takedown which attacks the enemy dealing damage.

BUSHWHACK / POUNCE Nidalee lays a trap for some time,if the enemy step on it it deals damage to him and reavels him/her for a couple of seconds it also reduces the armor and magic resist(a good strategy here is if the enemy get caught in the trap you immidiatly throw your spear and deal extra damage to him/her).And if you are using your ultimate this skill is called pounce and it lunges forward dealing magic damage to enemies caught in its path.

PRIMAL SURGE / SWIPE Nidalee heals herself or an ally champion and grand them or her a bonus attack speed for 7 seconds.And if you are using your ultimate this skill is called swipe and it claws the enemies in front of her dealing magic damage.

ASPECT OF THE COUGAR This is Nidalee's ultimate which transform in to a cougar gaining a new set of abilities that i discuss earlier and -400 range and + armor and magic resist and +20 movement speed.

For our spells i prefer :



FLASH with this spell you can enter or exit battles really quickly and may say your life or get you a kill.

GHOST With this spell you can run after an enemy making him/her your next kill or you can run away when you are low on health.

TELEPORT With this spell you can teleport to a tower that may need help and save it or you can teleport on to minions so you can get closer to a team fight.
