There are few dwellers, let alone champions, residing in the blasted and dangerous lands that lie south of the Great Barrier. Much of that world still bears the scars of past Runes Wars, especially the mysterious ***ungu Jungle. There are long-forgotten treasures in these strange places which many risk life and limb to acquire. The champion known as Nidalee was only a young girl travelling with her treasure-seeking parents when they lost their way in the dense, rainy jungles. The jungle was unforgiving, and she watched her parents suffer agonizing final days as they fell victim to a mysterious and vicious disease.

As improbable as it was for a child to survive in the inhospitable jungle by herself, she did just that. Her youthful innocence and a fortunate naivete caused her to appeal to the beasts of that place and she was taken in by a family of cougars and raised as one of their own. She grew and somehow absorbed the raw magic of the dense wilds, evolving beyond both her human physiology and her feline affectation. On one pivotal day in her life, standing over the torn remnants of a Noxian squad of woodcutters, Nidalee chose to rejoin the so-called civilized world, to fight in the League of Legends so as to protect the vast woods from both Demacia and Noxus.

Nidalee was taught to fight by her feline family, battling viciously with tooth and nail. Something in her feline ways may draw you to her, but remember that she is no pussycat.

Nidalee is a very competent farmer and dominates solo lanes. During the laning phase you should always prioritize last hits over harassment. A top Nidalee player finds the time to make room for both harassment and keeps up with last hits. Make sure your mana is never full and always top yourself off with . If you find yourself near max mana run past the creep wave and auto attack the enemy. At level six always make sure you are near max health when you engage the enemy, keep pressure and wear your enemy down with your cougar form abilities. If the enemy is near kill range don't be afraid to flash offensively to combo them. To push the wave fast throw an auto attack on all the caster minions, then pounce swipe. Without auto attacks the minions will not be in kill range for pounce swipe. If the enemie is not on your lane so punish them by killing their minions and pushing the tower.

Before you start Teamfight check if you have a bluebuff. Nidalee have one of the strongest lategame-heals her Primal Surge / Swipe can heal to 1000health. If you have a bluebuff so you can spam your heal so your team cant be harrased so you have an very good chance to harras them with your Javelin Toss / Takedown. If you harras them enough so say to your tank he should engage and you jump after him as cat.

Heal priority: 1. Yourself 2. Tank and Carry 3. Largest Killing Spree 4. Everyone else

If you are able to rush a fast Rabadon's Deathcap with AP Nidalee, you can grab bluebuff and tell your team to gather mid. Make sure your spear is level 4-5 before attempting. A fast death cap and blue buff bring incredible poke control abuse it.
